Peanut sheller uses two elements

With the improvement of living standards, the use of peanut shellers is becoming more and more frequent, but most people are not clear about its precautions and maintenance methods, which leads to a reduction in the life of the machine and frequent failures. For this reason, taizy machinery is here. Let's explain it.

   Inspection and debugging

Before production, the components of the machine need to be inspected, as well as the idling test. During the pressure test of the whole machine, the test pressure is 1.25 times the working pressure. Check that the piston is extended to the maximum working stroke, and stabilized for 15 minutes. The drop value of the pressure gauge reading shall not exceed 4% of the test pressure; all oil circuits shall be free of leakage; after all pressure is removed, the pressure gauge pointer returns to the '0' position, the parts shall not be damaged, and the drawbar shall not have any significant Deformation, no jamming of moving parts. Perform a reliability test on the safety valve, adjust the safety valve to the working pressure (upper left +5, lower left +1) MPa, test continuously for 5 times, the needle valve is sensitive to open and close, and the pressure gauge reading should not be lower than after each trip. Rated working pressure.

   Maintenance

The pressure oil in the oil pump should be filtered to save water and irrigation. The concentration should not be too large. It is recommended to use rapeseed oil, soybean oil, and peanut oil. It is prohibited to use gasoline, kerosene and other flammable fuels. The fuel tank must be kept clean, and the fuel tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every 3 months or the oil in the tank should be taken out and filtered before use. The impurities in the oil will cause the oil pump to wear and cause the oil circuit to be blocked, affecting normal operation.
