Small corn thresher

In order to reduce the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency of farmers during corn threshing, corn thresher manufacturers design small corn threshers.

The overall structure of the small corn thresher is divided into:

Feeding part:

The feed port is connected to the upper cover portion of the small corn thresher. It is made of a one-centimeter thick iron plate. The feeding part is tangent to the nail tooth part of the nail toothed cylinder, and the corn which has been plucked is taken from the inlet. Enter and slide down to the threshing part, ie between the nail roller and the grid type concave plate, for threshing.

Threshing part:

The threshing part is mainly composed of a nail toothed roller, a grid type concave plate and a semicircular upper cover. The ear of corn is threshed between the nail roller and the grid concave plate, and the removed corn kernel is leaked from the gap of the grid concave plate, falls to the lower sliding plate, and is discharged from the body outside the body by the corn mouth. The other end of the feed port (ie, the discharge port) is discharged from the outside of the body by means of the helical thrust and the helical guiding action of the spiral teeth arranged on the drum.

Filter section:

The screening part is mainly done by grid gravure. It consists of a certain number of iron bars and two main beams and two sub-beams. The gap between each two iron bars can catch the corn and then rotate quickly. The nail-toothed cylinder forcibly threshes the stuck corn. Of course, the grid-type concave plate is fixed whether it is working or installed. After the corn is threshed, the corn kernels are passed through a grid of concave plates, leaking from the gaps of the concave plates, and sliding out of the body along the inclined slides, in order to separate the corn and the corn cob.
