How to fire corn thresher

Corn thresher harvesting season happens to be the hot summer, so fire prevention measures are more important.

1. Do not run overload for a long time during operation. When the water tank is turned on and the engine is overheated, it should be stopped and cooled down.

2. Frequently check the tension of the corn thresher conveyor belt and the sturdiness of each component. Fill the bearing parts with lubricating oil according to regulations, remove the stalks around the bearing in time, and avoid mechanical friction and overheating to avoid causing fire.

3. Check the electrical equipment frequently to see if there is any looseness in the circuit wires and whether the equipment is damaged.

4. Remove mechanical faults on the site and move to a safe place outside the site; repair large-scale machinery that is not easy to move, first remove the combustibles around the body; when welding, add a protective plate and set up a special person to ensure safety.
